Mexico vs PR is typically a setup that draws well, but neither Cotto or Canelo seem all that comfortable pushing the fight in English to draw in the casual fans, the audience of folks that actually drive the PPV numbers.

Sergio Martinez vs Chavez Jr seems to be the only PPV fight in recent history where neither fighter was all that good in English, and that fight did short of 500k PPV buys.
