Depends on how well you rate him though this may be blasphemous on here but in reality Carl was a paper champion in historically the weakest division in the history of boxing.

After the super 6 he was the 3rd or 4th best fighter in the division depending on your view of the Dirrell fight and talks like he is an ATG which I find cringe.
