Are you just name dropping for the hell of it? Or do you know them personnaly?
By no means is he a lock at this point. Thats if he retired today. With that said he is well on his way and im sure will find himself in the HOF
Im just name dropping, im saying email them(their email is easy to find and they will respond, try it) and ask them and I can assure you they say he will get in now, maybe not first time but he would get in eventually if he retired now. If you go to the Boxing Writers Assosciation of America and ask their experts since lots of them are voters and they will can tell you he would eventually get in if he retired now. Im not saying a first ballot but he would get in eventually. Why don't you ask Breadman who has a mailbag and is very knowledgeable and an expert. He's even said in the past Ward is a hall of Famer right now and he said that a year or two ago. Ask the experts
Besides Kovalev, who has he not beaten? He cleaned everyone out. he wanted to fight Hopkins a few years back and Hopkins said he wanted no part of him. Since you are so knowledgeable, who has he not fought?
Hopkins vs Ward, now thats a mega fight!
Hopkins vs Dawson did 40,000 PPV buys, can you imagine what Hopkins vs Ward would do? Man thats big business! *facepalm*
Go look at his record, its really not impressive, his only valuable win is Carl Froch, and Kessler already beat Froch earlier in the tournament. Wards win over Kessler was tainted because of the cut stoppage, nobody even remembers that fight or counts it as a real win, its like a count out victory on a WWE wrestling match.
Froch wins:
Groves x2 (First one to beat him, plus KO of the year and UK boxing attendance record)
Kessler (Clear exciting decision win, no ugly holding or illegal moves)
Lucian Bute (Spectacular under dog performance and box office hit)
Arthur Abraham (First one to beat him)
Andre Dirrell (First one to beat him)
Jermain Taylor (Rocky movie KO)
Jean Pascal (Fight of the year 2008 and first one to beat him)
Ward wins:
Carl Froch (Boring decision, wasn't the first person to beat him in the tournament and it took place in Wards own country)
Mikkel Kessler (cut stoppage due to headbutts and took place in Wards home town)
now which one looks like the bonafide hall of famer to you?

Well I'll agree Froch has a great resume. I'm a huge fan of his. And IMO Froch is a hall of Famer too. I think he gets in. And guess what Ward straight up dominated his A$$. That fight wasn't even close.
I think he should win a few more big fights before that but he is close to HOF. But it's senseless to ask a question like this here. Ward is a widely hated fighter here from some reasons and most of these guys would say that he isn't HOF member even if he would beat up Wlad and unify all the hw titles...
No. IMO he'd have to have defended his multiple world titles he held multiple times, dominating the opposition. Then moving up to 175lbs and winning world titles there would seal it for me.
Well he could get into the HOF without going up to 175lbs if he defended his 168lbs titles on 13-15 occasions, but Ward is going up to 175lbs at some time in his career anyway.
