      I remember that list. Broner up there high placed, Guerrero and Canelo on there.
      It was all Golden Boy politics, but wow...it was one of the worst lists ever. Having Broner so high was the icing on the cake.

      Their lists were often criticized around that time..but that list in particular was one that made people mark the magazine as one to ignore in he future.

                  I am sure someone else has pointed this out but I don't have time to read 4 pages. Oscar De La Hoya owns Ring and he promotes Broner and that's why Broner was rated so much higher than he should have been. Ring is no longer neutral and fair on rating boxers as they were before Oscar purchased the magazine.

                      it was pretty obvious what the ring was doing. it was ranking golden boy fighters and potential floyd opponents in particular a lot higher than they deserved just so larryx could come on boxingscene and say "floyd fought 5 p4p fighters!"
