However, he can make an ugly inside war that even Thurman ran from. Good match that will be dictated by how well Adrien can keep Robert off with his jab. If he doesn't, he gets chewed up in an ugly grind.
I was thinking this also. Seeing as how two fighters with a high work rate beat him easy if the ghost has anything left he'll try to maul broner and break his spirit again. The ghost has a better jab then Porter also so it might be worse if broner doesn't learn from his mistakes.

they are pretty much even in terms of where they are in boxing right now,the only problem i see is that guerrero is way bigger then broner and i tihnk a catchweight is needed for this fight,we dont want guerro to blow up 30lbs while broner only gains 10lbs

guerreor went life and death with a part time unliscensed cab driver and broner lost to a good fighter in porter so i see how they are evenly matched.

i hope we can count on haymon and PBC to make this headlining card, make it in either cinci or maybe the Bay area, but not LA or texas to many hating ass latinos over there
No they're not on even terms. Guerrero is done, Thurman took his soul. Broner isn't done, he just didn't live up to his hype. This would be the perfect comeback win for Broner in typical PBC fashion, overmatch the Mexican to get the Mexican fans $ while promoting the black fighter. I wouldn't be surprised if this fight happens though. All the Mexican & Mexican American fighters Haymon has suck, just a bunch of stepping stones that bring in Mexican cash. But it's not all on Haymon, Guerrero got his ass whooped because he thought he was a superstar & fights once a year, not saying if he was active he would've won but he wouldn't have gotten his ass kicked so bad but haymon knew this, offered Guerrero millions to get whooped & showcase 1x. Guys like Mares & Santa Cruz are happy fighting corn vendors for 6figures but they aren't advancing their skills, Haymon knows it & will feed them to Russel. It's not hard to see.

well u gotta go thru extra lengths to promote and sell african american fighters so can u blame him?mexicn fighters are perfect because they are tough and hard hitting but also very slow so its good for the guy they are promoting and hyping to get in good work while also looking good on tv

For sure it's smart business. Also Mexicans can take an L and still bring in a crowd, a black fighter loses & everyone turns their back on him (ie. Adrien Broner) but in a sense Mayweather (to an extent) started this business blue print of beating the Tijuana tuff guy & make millions but Haymons making a mockery of it. Fans will soon get it. But at the same time I respect Haymon for the business man he is & I have to say these Mexican fighters need to get out of this Antonio Margarito era & realize that style don't work. Skills pay the bills & their are athletic Mexicans out there, they just need to start showcasing that by staying active & not getting so damn fat between fights...

Good matchup. B level fighter (Broner) against an A- on the slide. Good pay day for Guerrero, and Broner gets to pretend he is still relevant.

I realy like Algieri-Broner, Algieri did a much better job with Taylor than Broner so it would be interesting. Algieri UD is my pick. Not because Broner's bad but rather that Algieri is good.

I'm pretty sure Guerrero started at 126. Thurman's best win is the epitome of blown up WW and that's all monotone/broken record/one time or whatever always talks about.

Guerrero mauls Broner. What's funny is he'll have to start asking for catchweights cause he prob can't make 140 anymore.
