Lol Porter thought it was a wrestling match? I think you got it backwards.

Picked porter to win first fight but I would pick broner in a rematch via razor close decision

      He's the better skilled fighter

Low output is due to mental issues . Maidana fight took a lot out of him and he doesn't care about the competitive nature of sport, but this rematch callout shows he does care about being a winner inside the ring.

        yea im with you,
i think broner can make huge improvements because he has the talent,
the fight wasnt close not beause porter was great but because broner gave away the fight with silly tactics...

if broner brings his A game, he could win, its a question whether the guy has the desire and determination or not...

        id watch the rematch...

Porter does not leave his opponents a lot of options. He runs in like a bull in a china shop, will throw illegal shots and get his head in. If I was boxing someone like that, I would tie them up.

I have given him enough props for beating Broner, but that does not mean I care to watch him fight again. I don't.

Talk about a pointless rematch. Porter was so clearly the better fighter and Broner has never, ever shown any improvement since his days beating on smaller guys.

It wasn't even a good fight or close.

I scored it 9-3, the fight really wasn't competitive and about 2/3rds of the way through Broner didn't even want to fight any more, he'd had enough.

Broner needs to move back down to 140 to fight Peterson, or maybe fight Danny Garcia at 144.

He has no business in the ring with Shawn Porter.

Why??????? The fight was a stinker thanks to Broner's disqualification worthy holding and it was not remotely close. With the exception of the 12th round Porter threw and landed far more punches in every round. Broner will go back to fighting very soft opposition because he can't beat the best as Porter and Maidana have clearly shown. Broner talks one hell of a good fight but just like Khan, he fails to deliver.

There's a good chance they throw a truckload of money at Porter to get the rematch, they've spent so much building him already, may as well double down

But, to me, Guerrero-Broner is the fight to make. They have the history, fighting on the same promotion, etc. Both guys are looking to come back... it's a fight that makes sense.
