I wont be surprised if there's an even worse catch weight this time around. Broner despite not being that good is the only good thing PBC has when it comes to ratings. Haymon will try to get the fight made on terms to favor Broner, they might throw in some extra cash for Porter to agree.

Lol i disagree I thought porter looked good from multiple ranges. He couldn't miss with his jab either. All ab did was foul and hold

PBC ratings usually suck big time, but Broner-Porter did really really well. Broner is the only good thing at PBC right now (ratings POV only).

that would really be just horrible. Broner is the B side this time around and needs to fight with no catchweight.

This is how you know Broner was supposed to win the fight. Probably would be no rematch if Broner won.

You're confused. The guy in the blue shorts was Porter & Broner was in the white+gold skirt kind of outfit.

Yes it was a good matchup going in, so the ratings were no surprise. But those who watched it saw a sloppy ragged fight where the only real highlight was in the last round. I'd expect a rematch to have a decline in ratings. Plus PBC has the luxury of depth in that weight class to keep the matchups fresh.

I agree with the ratings dip for the rematch. The first fight was boring enough. Apart from the knock down the only exciting thing was when the referee actually decided to take a point off Broner.

Expect more holding/wrestling + a shyttier referee in the rematch with 0 points taken off Broner.
