Top Rank is the best and that can't be argued. What does the last three most popular fighters have in common, they were all promoted by Top Rank.

Majority of the PPV stars of this era all worked with Top Rank, Manny, Floyd, Cotto, and JCC Jr.

The only other PPV star is Canelo.

And the future PPV stars are with Top Rank. Top Rank knows how to match their fighters perfectly, look at what they did with Chavez Jr.

They were so good all those fighters left Top Rank. Top Rank was the big dog and those fighters didn't really have a choice but to sign if they wanted to fight Top Rank fighters and make a name for themselves.

Great promoting Main Events is doing with Kovalev. Despite recent success, still can't draw anywhere so they're having him fight in Vegas.

          He's gradually becoming more popular.

What does them leaving have to do with anything, he already made them stars by that point.

Top Rank is clearly the best as identifying prospects, matching them perfectly, and building them into stars. They have been successful at this for decades.

They aren't always great at promoting their mid-level guys, but they recognize that isn't very important.

As of this post IMO Top Rank is the best while Don King is the worst.

And if I took it serious I would honestly say Don King is the best
