Well you should do a lot more research because your assessment of what a Puerto Rican is, is incorrect, so much so that more then likely you're trolling. However for the sake of argument let me inform you that there is a large portion of light skin Puerto Ricans who hail from a euro/Asian decent. And by the way not all people from Africa are black, many in those time were olive colored similar to the color of today's Caribbean islanders which includes Puerto Ricans, so to assume that some one from Africa is automatically black proves the depth of your ******ity. On top of the previous facts it is commonly accepted the modern man first appeared in Africa which highlights your absolute ignorance.

Vegas is STILL more of a Canelo territory/advantage BUT not as nearly bad as Cotto fighting both Canelo and the corrupt Texas commission. I don't believe that it will be held in New York. Las Vegas will get the fight.
