Amir Khan (31-3, 19KOs) is still not very interested in a domestic blockbuster with IBF welterweight champion Kell Brook (34-0, 25KOs).

Khan is trying to land WBC/WBO/WBA welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. on September 12th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

He is not impressed with Brook's level of competition, stating that he won a close decision over Shawn Porter that could have gone the other way.

Brook is likely returning on September 12th as well, against former champion Brandon Rios.

Brook's last 5 fights:

- Gavin (not top 10 or a world champion)
- Porter (top 5 and world champion)
- Senchenko (Recent world champion)
- Jo Jo Dan (Not top 10 but Mandatory)
- Alvaro Robles (not top 10 or world champion)

How has Brook been disrespectful? You are the one being disrespectful!

.... Khan, you're deluded and you're ducking like a girl. How about you fight a top 5 guy to earn Brook, because right now you've barely earned the right to fight him and you haven't proved yourself in the WW division because you're still to fight a genuine top welterweight unlike Brook.

Khan is by far the most deluded kid in boxing for a very long time.Khan is lying again when he says he's only fighting top ten fighters and champions.Khan is ******ly trying to jump the welterweight pack and talks ******ly about a fight with Mayweather , who are the top ten weltyers and champions Khan ? Collazo ? ...NO...Algieri ...never fought at full welter before his war with Khan...Alexander is his best win and I don't think he was top ten after being smashed by Porter.
Khan is simply afraid to fight any man that will again have him rocking around the ring doing that silly little dance as he did in his TWO previous weight divisions, not only is Khan blantly running from Brook and looking such a lier and fraud by doing it he is letting his fans down for they have NO excuses left.
If Khan really thought ,as he says ,that Brook is at such a lower level then why not collect his belt and a career high pay day and put himself in the Mayweather sweepstakes ? He says Brook has been disrespectful but Floyd calling him a nobody is ...Amir Khan you are a lying bum and a disgrace to your people.

That's one thing about Amir, he has zero verbal game. You can see right through everything he says. ****** thing is that it's the biggest fight anyone is willing to give him and I think he has agood chance of winning. Kahn wants either Mayweather pay or easy fights. His fighting spirit is just gone.

Guaranteed. He'll never fight Kell Brook as long as he lives, and will wait until Kell loses so he can say: "see, he wasn't that good" - Completely oblivious to the fact that Khan himself has 3 losses to people he weren't supposed to lose to.
