Given the way WBA Interim is handed out and defended multiple times despite full champs being active and not injured or unavailable, which is the reason why Interim belts are handed out to begin with clearly displays the value that belt has. We're talkng about a body that crowns 3 champs PER WEIGHT including a "Regular" Champion.
