The answer to your query lies in the support NSB has/doesn't have for Deontay Wilder.

He Ko's bum after bum but is not as celebrated for this as others are. Those that love power and exciting KO's do not seem to embrace Deontay as they do other ko artists.

As someone who doesn't like Deontay, I am wondering why this is?

I'm both a Floyd and Pac fan. I also don't like Ward or Laras style, and can't stand Broner. Rigo not a big fan but would rather watch him then Lara any day, only real boring fight from him was Abeko, other then that hes been good to watch. Find LSC boring as ****.

People on here for the most part are racially bias and have their own agendas on here. It's the usual suspects. You rarely have genuine boxing discussions which is why I don't post as much as I use to on here. It's the same ****. Blacks supporting blacks, mexicans supporting mexicans, white euros defending their boxers, etc. It is what it is and it won't change.

Generally, a lot of people like boxing but pretend that the politics of the sport don't exist when it comes to their favourite fighter(or most hated fighter). The double standards are endless, and that's what usually ends up getting people to bicker.

Well , like any other sport ppl has their favorites , when ppl just starting to follow a sport regardless which one they usually pick the local team , their national team , whatever close to their "kind" , which is normal , when time pass and you invest in the sport you diversify and pick your fav due to things related to the sport.
Note that alot of posters are trolling the others and like to do some keyboard fighthing , they find its fun and strengths their alter egos.
Its common to every internet forum , only thing different is the Modz here are relaxed as hell about abuse of fighers/posters , which i got used too in time reading this crazy forum , it grown on me like a mushroom , would i enjoy a bumlovking , pacroid , *****s , kneegul free forum ? sure , can i already identify the trolls and the still in school posters ? no doubt.

I am a boxing fan and a GGG fan, as well as a Kovalev and Hopkins fan among others, but not a Floyd or Pac or Ward fan. I hate being grouped in with fans of one fighter or another just because I support Golovkin.

You made some point but I think the divide is more likely between ******s and retads. As for the race thing... Maybe you're right with that but not always true. For example I'm white but the majority of my favourite fighters are blacks... I like styles not races.

When i first joined the biggest issue was mexicans and filipinos basically going to war with each other over pacquiao vs that whole division. Also there were actually alot more eastern european fans since alot of them were holding heavyweight titles at that time. Believe it or not, mayweather from 04 to early 06 (when margarito and 8 million appeared) was a dark horse somewhat liked fighter on here. When he dismantled Gatti that was actually the last time he received universal praise because that fight wasnt supposed to go down like it did.

For the most part, its always been like this, the difference is, honestly when pacquiao fans showed up, they came in huge numbers, far more than anyone else and alot of the remnants of that happened after the de la hoya fight. There was always a semi race war going on here, but once mayweather appeared on KFC chicken buckets, i started posting alot less.

some of the greatest posters on this board like silencers, thegreata, thread stealer etc are all mostly gone, its dying down alot, but the GGG fandom is hilarious, a guy who has no marquee wins to speak of is suddenly the most feared man of all time, its just like ******* Gomez and Andrew 6 heads lewis being quality wins for margarito, along with cintron.

Take posters like Hype job and Golovkin, these guys have said flat out bigoted and racist "dog whistle" type remarks and dont get banned. How can you expect good topical discussion when its derailed with nonsense like that.
