163k is comparable to 325k? You need to go back to school.

Yes they are comparable because they are both garbage numbers. Get that Ward fanboy?

One is almost double the other, but they're comparable.

What about GGG 1.3 to Wards 325,000
            How's that compare?

The Lemieux - N'Dam fight was not shown on Canadian television, not PPV and not cable broadcast. It was almost not shown at all on any network. That was a mistake of the promoters and had nothing at all to do with Lemieux's popularity. The fight was picked up at the last minute by ESPN2 I believe and received almost zero promotion.

Ward is not P4P on any list anywhere at the current time and he does not deserve to be. You have to fight on a regular basis to be considered a P4P fighter. One fight every year and a half just doesn't cut it. For him to get back on any ranking list of any kind, he will have to fight a minimum of 5 or 6 times over the next two years. And he is not exactly off to a great start.

Thanks for clearing that up, explains why I can't find the numbers. I saw an article about how it was going to be on Canadian PPV.

Saw the Ward interview where he was helping promote the fight and they called his Smith fight "one of the biggest fights of the year." Turns out that was a bit premature.

                    Ward is an unpopular boxer.

Even his home state California boxing fans BOOED LOUDLY when his name came up in a GGG post-fight interview.
