Although I don't believe Floyd is serious about Berto or Mayfield.

But if he were serious (which he's not) and this was his swan song, his ride off into the sunset (which it ain't) then yes I agree he's earned the right to face a "stepdown" in his final fight.

Floyd has my respect as a fighter and a business man, tough profession, big success; but I am not going to donate to his retirement fund. Berto or Mayfield will have to fight at a huge discount, Floyd doesn't hurt people anymore, he "outboxes", embarrasses them. Fighters are acting like Floyd is a whiplash car accident.
