If DLH does this, that would probably be the most hardcore promotional tactic a promoter has ever done, that I know of Why else would he want to come back, he's bored?
Absolutely this a promotional stunt. But I like it. GoldenBoy needs a jolt! And boxing needs storylines.

Believe me Oscar is STILL the biggest star on GB.

When Floyd retires and Mayweather Promotions starts to suck, he'll be doing the same thing.

Dam ODLH needs to make up his mind. And by that I mean he needs to stay retired.

Schaefer ran and built GBP not Oscar.

Oscar has run GBP into the ground without Schaefer. Schaefer was the brains and the business man at GBP and Oscar was the pretty face and glad hander smiling but doing little. Without Schaefer GBP will fail. Hispanics cannot run any business but yard work and fruit stands and drug dealing. Oscar needs to hire a brain who can think and add fgor GBP to survive. Watch what happens at the floundering GBP..

He should stay away. DLH didnt really take care of himself that well to be back in the ring. Too much drinking, drug use, etc. If he does whip himself into shape he would be a shell of who he was at best.

Why not? He could fight Robert Guerrero. Or Maidana, clinch him and pay a ref to not allow inside work. No big deal.

Think about it imagine if he made a comeback vs Martinez with shot knees? He would be lineal champ right now. Or even against Sam Soliman for his belt.

Usually I am not a negative person, especially on forums but God, you are a de****able human being. One day you will realize that ignorant **** like that makes you look petty and outright ridiculous. People like you make me completely sick and should be treated as a pariah to the sport of boxing and society in general; you sit behind a computer and spew garbage because you aren't held accountable. Not only are you a petty human being but you are a coward. The messed up thing about people like you is that you go and have children and you raise them thinking the same ignorant **** that you think which makes the same vicious circle continue. The lovely thing about people like you is that karma is a ***** and always comes back to bite you in the ass. Hopefully your daughter marries a Hispanic man so he can **** that level of thinking out of her. :*******:

Oscar has NEVER looked in fighting shape since his retirement.

Is Golden Boy Promotions doing that badly that he needs to come back??

It seems that GBP is doing that bad, with or without Oscar's 'comeback'...
