There were times in the Rios fight where Pac literally jumped out and grabbed Rios' arms and Rios was STILL able to hit him at times. Manny can't even clinch well
      Lolwut?

No, but it proves that Floyd Mayweather Jr. is a fraud.

Did he take a point for hugging? I thought he took a point for rough-housing. He esspecially didn't like the face pusher/smear move.

Can't believe that people on a boxing forum don't know a damn thing about the sport, clinching and holding have always been a part of boxing u idiots, go back and watch Muhammad Ali after he came back, watch Ali vs Frazier, Ali clinched Frazier more times in 3-4 rounds than Mayweather clinched Pacquiao in 12, Tyson used to clinch, Lennox Lewis used to clinch, hold behind the head and hit, put his forearm on the back of the opponents neck and push down on him, Hopkins does the same thing, Ward does the same thing and the list goes on and on, the foul is called EXCESSIVE clinching, not just clinching, 30 clinches in 12 rounds is definitley not excessive, I bet u anything that Mayweather didn't clinch Pacquiao more than 30 times throughout the whole fight, Wladimir Klitschko clinched Povetkin 150+ times in 12 rounds and never got a point deducted, please enough with the double standards.

Broner was fouling though, not only was the clinching excessive, but he was also using a lot of dirty moves it was pathetic and painful to watch, Weeks should've taken at least 3 points away from Broner.

I also didn't like Porter on the inside cuz he said he expected this kinda fight and said he was prepared for it but on the inside he couldn't break lose and was neutralized by the clinching, something a pressure fighter should be able to deal with but Porter, just like Pacquiao, didn't have enough SKILLS on the inside to deal with it, in the Pacquiao Mayweather fight whenever they clinched the ref gave them a couple of seconds to fight their way out and Pacquiao kept looking at the ref waiting for him to break them up instead of working on the inside like any successful pressure fighter that's fighting a taller boxer, Tyson in his hayday didn't let opponents hold him without making them pay for it, same with Frazier and so on, they knew how to deal with taller rangier guys and on the inside it's their chance to work the body and the head to wear the opponent out and take his legs away.

Sorry to break it to you, but Mayweather didn't have to hold to beat Pacquiao. All he had to do was move and throw. Pacquiao was less threatening to Mayweather than Marcos Maidana.
