Who has Keith Thurman fought to demand a fight with Mayweather? You can't just fight bums, knock their heads off and walk around like you're the toughest man on the planet. You have to earn the crown and work up the rankings
Are Keith Thurman's Last 3 Opponents Really Better Than Amir Khan's last 3?

All of Khans best work was at 140. I'll give him props for Alexander, but outside of that he has'nt done much at 147. No wins against top ten opponents at ww. Does'nt have a strap.I like Thurman and I believe his power is real but why do so many people believe he is more deserving of a Mayweather shot over Amir Khan? Boxing is based off "what have you done for me lately?" And if you take into account their last 3 opponents:
Thurman: Guerrero, Bundu, Julio Diaz
Khan: Collazo, Alexander, Algieri
Guerrero looked awful against Kamegai before fighting Thurman and recently nearly got knocked out by some guy who was stopped by Josesito Lopez. Bundu is a good fighter but unproven beyond European level. Julio Diaz already lost to Khan.
Whereas, Collazo was fair enough no longer in his prime but a LOT of people picked him KO Khan after he was supposedly rejuvenated beating Ortiz. Khan dominated him and dropped him 3 times. Alexander was coming off a win but didn't look great but he has been in there with a lot of big names, no one expected Khan to 12-0 him (was supposed to be potentially tricky). Finally Algieri only lost to the second best fighter of this era and beat Provodnikov and also Emmanuel Taylor better than Broner did.
People keep saying Khan hasn't fought nobody recently but Thurman hasn't faced much better opposition. So now being completely impartial, who deserves the Mayweather shot more?
Thurman has two wins over top ten welterweights and has been Floyd's mandatory for a long time.
I feel like a broken record, but.... How is it even debateable who deserves the shot? Basicly if you give Khan the shot over Thurman it is nothing more than a popularity/money contest, not who has earned the shot.Comment

Who are those two legit top ten welterweights? And based off their last few opponent Khan should get the nod and it makes financial sense. Guerrero looked like crap before and after Thurman and Diego Chaves is admitey a good fighter but no better than Khan's threeAll of Khans best work was at 140.
