What would've happened if Broner-Maidana was 15 rounds?

Maidana still wins by decision. We see a couple of more months/years beat off of Broner's career.

Hard to judge. That hook Broner landed at the end of the bell was devastating and hurt Maidana. But then again that unknown powder Ariza had him take gave him a second wind too.

I think Maidana would have got knocked down once but ultimately would have still won a SD/MD.

I always wondered if Broner would have been KO'd int the 8th, if he didn't flop around the ring trying to get Chino dq'd wasting time as he got up.

There's a strong argument that Broner was winning the later rounds as Chino tired. BUT, fighters fight and prepare differently when they know they have to go a certain number of rounds and I think Maidana would have stepped it up if he needed. He wasn't going to be denied that night.

Why is this a thread? Even if Broner knocked Maidana down three times in the last three rounds he would've lost a decision. That's how far behind he was on the scorecards in that fight. And he was hardly gonna KO Maidana.
