Why would anyone listen to a guy with a Mayweather-Castillo compubox avi,but argues about the Mayweather=Pacquiao fight?Floyd has no interest in fighting Thurman..he's talking about putting him on his undercard... I think Floyd would fight Khan over Brook because of the name...
What is there hype about? Floyd can make the fight if he wants to at 154... simple as that... put 4-5 mil up and Triple G will Nyquil his way to 154 if need be...
It's annoying posters like you who never want Floyd to take a risky fight... you were probably the same cry baby who brought up random-blood testing for Pac...said Sergio Mart was too big... said Winky was too big etc.Comment

First, "we won't fight him," then "we need a rehydration clause." Mayweather vs. Golovkin @ 154 with a 170 limit on the rehydration clause! Make it happen! However, I don't believe Floyd had a rehydration clause for Cotto and Canelo, so it really shouldn't be necessary. That being said, GGG needs a big fight, and Canelo, Cotto, and Pacquiao is not even considering him, so he should agree to whatever, as long as the fight is at 154 or above.Comment

I'm glad you agree that Cotto, Canelo, and especially Pacquiao, were NOT risky fights!Floyd has no interest in fighting Thurman..he's talking about putting him on his undercard... I think Floyd would fight Khan over Brook because of the name...

No, you are making a big mistake assuming that a drained Golovkin would.Actually I believe GGG would take the fight at 154 with any kind of clause they want. It would be great exposure for GGG and he has said that for Floyd he would gladly make 154. GGG is a machine. If he has to make 154 he will be at 154 at least two weeks before the fight. He will do it slow. Floyd would be making a big mistake if he thinks that a weight drained GGG wouldn't hurt him.
If you think that Golovkin would be the same fighter at 154, then you should not be giving anybody too much advice.Comment

I'd be more concerned with those 'special' gloves GGG gets to wear (because he has small hands or something). Eff that, you gotta wear normal gloves.Comment

I agree with that, and I don't think GGG could beat Lara @ 154, especially with a rehydration clause!Comment

I think GGG would sell his soul to get that fight. He will say no problem, but when he fights and cant perform, he will tell the truth and say he wasn't himself as he felt weak. Just like Pac felt weak with one arm.
Then people will say don't make excuses GGG, you knew what you was letting yourself into.
The thing is killing him making weight should be a good enough advantage already, no need to then say he cant rehydrate as well. But Floyd just wants the zero at any cost.
The reality is rehydrating wont help GGG, as he would have killed himself already trying to make 154.Comment
