The act is.getting old. If you're going to talk it you've gotta walk it. I'll give Broner this, I think a lot of the hugging comes from Porter and his bullrushing like he's a linebacker. He runs straight into his opponent.

I remember after the Maidana fight, Broner the next days after was still saying stuff like "We still gon' party." "We still gon' turn up."

He needs to reevaluate his life outside of boxing. Maybe instead of focusing on Floyd's lifestyle, take a look at how Hopkins lives.

The thing about Broner is he thinks he's a big guy because he can rehydrate to 157 but he's a still a little guy that really should be fighting at 140 or even 135. He lost to Maidana and Porter primarily because of weight and strength. You're either a lightweight or a welterweight, Broner's not p4p. They didn't think Porter would go all the way up to 162 over night. You could see the panic in Broner face early from about round 2 when he realized how heavy and physically strong Porter was. I thought it was a bad match up for Broner from the get go when the fight was announced and not a wise career move to fight Porter in the first place even IF he won he wouldn't have looked good. He moved back down to 140 for a reason but he isn't disciplined enough to fight at 140 pounds consistently. Broner should retire or at least take about a year off and reevaluate himself.

What Broner and an company didn't realize is big bro Mayweather gradually moved up in weight and took the right fights and the right time had Floyd bounced around in weight like Broner at 25 he'd have a couple L's too....The only fight over 140 for broner should have been Paulie for the belt then right back down to 140 , no maidana no porter.

Broner looked like the stronger fighter to me, he was certainly manhandling Porter in the clinches. He'd let Porter get off first and then freeze before grabbing hold. The few times he did attack he pushed Porter back and had a bit of success. Broner has been trying to be something he's not, he hasn't got the tools to be a counter puncher.
