Not good numbers and still on the decline from previous broadcasts which is a very bad sign.
Why do people keep comparing tv shows to boxing? Boxing is still a niche sport. Seen someone say before "fresh prince did better number!!!11" well no shlt it appeals to more people

It's possible that some casuals remembered how wack Broner/Molina was, and decided not to tune in.

NBC doesn't give a **** if it's Boxing, Fresh Prince or My Little ****in' Pony. They care about numbers, and the demographics those numbers bring in. Period.

Advertisers are going to start realizing their dollars are better spent on other programming if they consistently stay at those levels.

Give us compelling matchups and viewers will reward you...

Broner is a star because he has connected with audience, whether they love or hate him, everyone knows him... That's is why you see pbc promoting a lot of other fighters between rounds n fights because pbc is trying to make that connection with the audience... If people know a celebrity/personality/athlete they have a tendency to follow that person... That's why floyd did dancing with the stars and wrestlemania... He made a connection with many non boxing fans, who are now more inclined to order his fights because they know who he is as opposed to a marquez, cotto, wilder, etc

That's why reality TV stars go off into other ventures like alcohol brands, bars, clothing lines, etc... They have a following and can leverage that into other areas

People? or just you? Why are they're no power punchers selling any ppv's and a "boxer" sells the most ppv's. Cause "people" love TALENT and the #'s show it.

What were the #'s for Broner/Molina? not for the entire card, but just that particular fight.

These are weak numbers. And more troubling is that the PBC had a ton of empty seats...again. towards the main event it filled a little more but it's bad look when these PBC showe have so many empty seats and this on top of wide spread reports that they are giving away tons of seats that they can't sell. And there are still little to no real commercials ads. Ratings really across the boards have been going down for PBC whether it's NBC prime time or Spike ect. Casual fans just don't seem to care about PBC and advertisers are not jumping on board either.

Prelim numbers, they'll have more numbers by tomorrow or Tuesday.
Don't think it breaks three though.

They do not do ratings by the fight, they do them by the hour or half-hour, depending on the show.
