Why it have to be a "Cuban" myth? I say " what was say back then", he brought those facts about nonito and is cool, and it means that in those fights nonito gained 10 pounds or so, it doesn't mean that he could in other fights gain more or less, now watch the fight again and tell me if nonito looked bigger or not regarless of whatever the weight was...

Shame on Cuba for Properly Training their fighters I guess

Last time I checked Cubans aren't the the ones struggle to Medal in Olympic and Amateur Competition...JUST SAYING!

Watching them on World Series of Boxing this season...it is more coming if they're allowed to go Pro so if you don't like them I feel sorry for you

Rigondeaux and Lara are World Champions so I don't thinks someone like Barthelemy should have to try and explain "The Cuban Style" either you get it or you don't

Ha ha ha.. No. Anytime a guy moves up 10 lbs in one fight red lights flash for me. DeMarco isn't all that good, but we always see 140 lbs turn into 155 lbs by fight time. If Rances wasn't starving to make 130, he may be undersize at 140. DeMarco is a good test for this move.

Yes!! I've been calling this out for a while. People claiming Nonito was 140+ against Rigo without any prove. It keeps changing too. Some say he was 142, others 143 and others 145, lmao

I read 142, but in any case he was way bigger than Rigondeaux, actually he s been outweighed in every fight...
