Once Floyd retires and if he's active enough, Ward will easily be at the number one spot. The competition was lucky that he had his issues with goosen. That's not happening anymore. He's back

Honestly GGG is Pound for Pound the best already. Ward really isn't up there yet never was. At best you can rank Ward at about 15.

I mean Pound for Pound Kovalev, Rigo, Lomachenko, Mayweather, Pac-Man, GGG, and Roman Gonzales are better fighters.

Number 4. Abraham beat Smith twice! Degale and Groves got him out of there quicker.

Oh wait, is there other criteria for p4p besides beating Paul Smith?

Ward is one of the most talented guys in boxing for sure, but his record in the 3 and a half years since winning the Super Six is weak.

If the best Ward can do is take 9 rounds to beat a fat, out of shape loser who did not even come to fight, he sure as hell does not belong on any P4P list at any position. He needs to beat a top 10 contender in a convincing fashion before even breaking the top 15. Right now, he is exactly where he deserves to be, off the list entirely.

IT was a tune up fight, hes been inactive for almost two years of course hes going to take an easy fight. And as a GGG fan you shouldnt be judging andre wards resume.

Ward instantly gets his spot back at #2 by just getting active again. Nobody beat him out of his spot so he shouldn't lose his spot because of inactivity.

But if he has to work his way back up that is not a problem he can do that again easily.

How can you guys call GGG a top p4p fighter if he hasnt even beaten a top fighter? Kovalev has beaten hopkins, floyd beat manny, rigo beat donaire. They all have atleast one big name on their resume wich GGG doesnt
