Provo outworks him. Beoner is flat out scared to pull the trigger. All talk .
Provo Vs Broner - who takes it?

Probably they get a clause in the contract to put an oak tree in the ring, Broner climbs it and refuses to come down.Comment

RP!! Easy money mang!!! AB is nothing to be afraid of. He was picking on smaller men before. Hes now fighting guys his size and we see the results. RP would be too much for ABComment

Ruslan marks up pretty quickly and his jab sucks. This is a competitive match-up because Broner is a ****** fighter. He'd probably **** around with Ruslan and get his ass whupped. Matthysse took him seriously and stayed as disciplined as he possibly could, but even he didn't walk out unscathed. Broner just cannot put all of his tools together and stay completely focused, so it's hard to envision a scenario where Ruslan doesn't shake Broner with a left hook.Last edited by kiaba360; 06-21-2015, 12:26 AM.Comment

Broner showed again that his only defense against a fighter with two fisted power who attacks him fast and hard is to grab both of that fighter's arms and hold them like an octopus. I have never seen a fighter do that much holding and wrestling. A good ref would have started warning Broner and taking points away in the 1st or 2 round and DQed him if he kept it up. The fight was painful to watch because of Broner's constant running and clinching. How Broner has fans that like him is something I find hard to understand. If he is the future of boxing then boxing has a lousy future.Comment

I really want to make a case for Broner. Provo is easily confused by even simple, pointless movement, and he'd get smacked by everything Broner throws.
But man is it hard to imagine Prov not catching Broner and kicking his ass at some point. I mean, what exactly is going to stop him? Not activity, sure as hell not Broner's power.Comment

Prov would out work Broner same as Maidana did. Fight will be very similar.
If you think about it there are probably 10 or more fighters in the 140 to 147 divisions who will beat Broner right now.
My advice to Broner is twofold: he needs to be more disciplined in training which will help him to fight at 140 or lower and he needs to rebuild his career over the next 3 years by fighting B level fighters. The kid is still young and if he can string together maybe 10 wins in a row while growing and learning then he may still be able to compete with elite 140s when he is 27 or 28 years old. He still has a future but it involves discipline and lots of patience. In hindsight - He's been pushed too fast.Comment

He's fighting and losing to B level fighters right now. He's barely beating C level fighters. He is a C level fighter.Prov would out work Broner same as Maidana did. Fight will be very similar.

The B levels have already shown they'll kick his ass.Comment
. Broner is like a mini Bernard Hopkins. Punch here and there...it works until you get in there with a Kovalev
