McGirt screws up another one

Anybody remember McGirt's prefight comments about Brewster rediscovering his hidden talent? Yeah, right! Just like Gatti was going to give Mayweather a boxing lesson. If you want to screw up your next fight just get Buddy McGirt to train you. He can think of more ways to blow it than anybody in the sport.

Brewster is a slugger and that is all he is ever going to be. Trying to get him to box is a waste of time. A man his age with his limited abilities isn't going to suddenly become a talented superstar. Of course packing 15 pounds flab didn't help matters either. Overweight, out of shape, and trying to change his style...wasn't that clever!

I agree. McGirt sucks. He claims he came up with the gameplan to beat Roy Jones. **** that. Tarver came up with the gameplan: HIT HIM!

Buddy is a good trainer and I don't think you can blame him for Brewster losing.

Well, its sort of true. He trains a lot of fighters, and he wears sun glasses like hes all that. He barly gave any advice, and didnt seem too into the fight. The other guys trainer, now he was using his time.
