I can't understand how you can defend his power anymore though anyway, if as you say he had him out at the end of the 2nd, he was unable to finish him off despite 10 further rounds of extreme punishment. That's just as bad!
Nobody would doubt that Wilder is a very hard puncher, among the hardest punchers.
But he doesn't have the highest calibre of punch like a Wlad Klitschko or Alexander Povetkin, who are able to crack the hardest of chins on the heftiest and highest quality opponents.

around 15 seconds, Wilder just unloads on Stiverne. You can obviously see it would of been over if Stiverne didn't bring Wilder down with him.

I gave you too much credit.
You are an idiot, you are a SIMPLETON idiot with that comment.
Povetkin has 21 KO's in 29 fights against one of the most stellar resume of opponents.
That's good. That's EXTREMELY good.
Wilder has an almost clean KO record but against the weakest resume of opposition in modern times.
That's what I call "Below a Usable Measure" or "B.U.M".
The only fight of Wilder's we really need to consider meaningful is Stiverne in which he FAILED. Povetkin just KOed Takam and Perez of comparative quality and durability to Stiverne who were both healthy also. This is important.
