How much hand holding does a professional athlete need. I mean seriously, the VAST MAJORITY of boxers are fighting for peanuts trying to get to this level and this dude is treating million dollar paydays like they are the equivalent to being a professional donut tester. If you can't make weight move the fk up, can't compete at those weights, then go find another job. I hope they make Maidana vs Broner 2 and call it battle of the buffet.

Dumbest comment of all, Broner shouldn't be fighting @147 at all, Maidana destroyed him, he's an excellent 135-140 pounder but that's it, he was the one who asked for the catweight to weaken Porter, if he was confident on himself and honest with himself he would be fighting @140, not calling big boys and pretend he's certified to fight at top level @147, equal playing fields? how about stop pretending he's a 147 destroyer and stays at his real weight, Broner ain't dealing with the Bradley's , Thurman's, Spence's.

Broner will be the bigger man on fight night.

Thing is.. They had Porter have to make 144 and plan not to rehydrate more than 10 lbs. this means he's not just dehydrating to make weight, he's losing mass. Broner on the other hand, never intended to do a rehydration limit, so he didn't cut mass. He just dehydrated and is rehydrating for the fight.. Probably is going to be the biggest of his career. What a farce. Clever how they duped Shawn into being the smaller guy. Problem is Shawn can't put on much more than 10 more lbs, he didn't dehydrate that much.

Nah... look at the weigh in. He isn't drained at all. Broner klled himself more with thid dumbness than Porter, lmao
