Good performance for Sergei.It was a back and forth battle.He has skills and his chin is better than I gave him credit for.Fight of the Year so far.Best hw fight in a long time.I would love to see a rematch.

Sergei is the man. What a great combination of heart, chin, and QUICKNESS! His most overlooked punch is the right hand to the body. It's what stole Brewster's wind and gave Sergei the edge. He was quick with it, but also a lot of the time he'd get low after throwing it in anticipation of a counterattack. Right hand lead to the body, left hook to the head. That combination had Brewster in trouble numerous times.

This guy is the real thing and a genuine top ten heavyweight for this era. I'm looking forward to his next fight.

WOW! what an exciting fight. I'm happy for Sergei and look forward to seeing him fight again.


At the same time, I'm sorry for the "classy" Brewster. Despite how much I wanted not to like him, He earned my respect and I became a fan. After the fight he respectfully congratulated Liakhovich, maintained his dignity and held his head high. A guy with this much class is rare in boxing today and deserves a rematch for that alone.
