Khan is a risky fight IMO.

Floyd won't even train and will still walk down Amere Con all night...Khan moves in a straight line back and forth...no chin...no punching power...and he only wins fights by outworking his opponents...which won't work on Floyd...might be the worst match up against Floyd...I'd seriously prefer Loma over Khan...even more so..I'd rather see Walters fight Mayweather over Khan...all seriousness...no jokes...no sarcasm

I literally laughed to the point of blood vessels popping in my head and neck by how candid your last sentence is in relation to Floyd beating GGG. That's exactly how I picture everyone to be.. shrug their shoulders and go on like nothing just happened and then there will be those few *****ing about the weight etc.

This is the excuse Floyd fans make to justify avoiding the biggest potential threat to Floyd...Showtime is talking about Khan...nobody thinks Khan is a threat...just like Ortiz...Guerrero...Zab...Baldomir etc..nobody thought those were threats...even Cotto and Canelo...everyone knew Cotto was step below and Canelo has fatigue issues...

Floyd hasn't beaten that prime beast since Corrales... Triple G is that Corrales type opponent...Floyd has a serious shot of giving Triple G a boxing lesson and he'd actually get big time credit for winning that fight...but instead you have to justify Floyd not taking on a challenge..

Floyd has fought and beaten everyone relevant in and around his weight class....he's fought more current and ex champs in a row than any active fighter today....he can fight Glass Joe for all I care....he gets a "CAN" pass because he's EARNED it...unlike these other CAN crushers!!

Except when he retired because he wanted no part of Cotto, Margarito and Williams and came back and fought a lightweight which I wouldn't call around his weight class and after Pac got knocked out and he finally decided to step up. Beating X champs really isn't that impressive if the X champs are past their prime, addicts or fighting in a division they normally wouldn't be fighting in.

Golovkin is after a big payday, I don't think he will complain, in case he agrees to go down even at 152 (because he already agreed to make 154 for Floyd)... I think Golovkin can make 152 -- he holds some noticeable body fat... Honestly, I don't think that Floyd vs GGG is doable for this September -- because Golovkin can't lose that kind of weight in good health, in such a short period of time.

Which is why floyd might do it.

I thought all along Khan was going to get the fight, and he doesn't deserve it one bit by the way. but the more I hear Mayweather talk especially when he threw out the name Andre Berto I think Khan isn't getting the fight it will be a really weak opponent. Mayweather has a guaranteed contract with Showtime so he gets paid regardless but if your showtime don't you put your foot down and demand his next fight be against a top fighter?
