Marquez did the same testing as Pacquiao for the Bradley fight. What's your next lame attempt at defending Pacquiao, Marquez didn't juice for the Bradley fight?

I'm thoroughly confused by your point here. Are you suggesting that boxers either always juice or they always not juice? Like, if Marquez went through random testing for Bradley, he was also certainly clean for all previous fights? And wouldn't you agree that he didn't look too great against Bradley?

I'll be the first person to say that it isn't fair to get on Marquez's (or anyone's) sac about PEDs without evidence. But the conclusion you've drawn from Marquez testing for Bradley is illogical.

I am not one for blanket statements but I understand the premise. Testing should be mandatory for ALL fights. No questions asked.

I think this is a fair stipulation, especially of all major fights. It is unfortunately expensive to do random drug testing of fighters making much less money and there lacks a central organized body to make sure athletes are clean year round. But nonetheless I agree with what you're saying.
