He's saying "not today" as in I'm not talking about Andre today (I'm focused on the fight ahead of me"). You clowns keep reaching.

I thought this was recent but this was a year ago. This thread lost traction on the first post and i'm not GGG fan.

This. I love boxing and appreciate some of the gamesmanship going on, but the day I sit around talking about pursed lips or affect in order to ride some guys nuts would be a sad day. Hell, talking about this imaginary fight that might happen down the road is already getting pretty stale. Compared to what else is out there, it isn't even on the map of the most interesting fights that could be made.Comment

Thread is like 6 mins old and you already gave yourself the victory.
The fight SHOULD happen but Golovkin and Ward are in two different realities of their career right now and I'm sure both men are tired of the talks of a superfight between them.
Golovkin is Cotto's MANDATORY by the way guys. Ward is fighting his tuneup return fight and who knows what direction he wants to take his career next. Maybe Golovkin will fight Ward in 2016, who knows.
But as it stands, Golovkin is mandatory to Cotto's title and there's no reason Cotto shouldn't fight him on an even playing field in the sport of boxing. Sure Cotto deserves more money but the fight between Cotto-Golovkin is a must as of this exact moment.Comment

As a pro he hasn't fought no one his size the guy was a light heavy weight in the Olympics which is 178 pounds. Than has to suck down to 168 to fight smaller guys than he wants to invent a new weight class 172 the guy is a complete jokeComment
