Arum is just jumping on the Free Publicity GGG Bandwagon like everyone else. They have learned that using Golovkin's name is a sure way to get free press for their fighter. None of them have any idea how to read or listen properly however as GGG and his camp have made it perfectly clear from the start that GGG will not change divisions for anything other than a PPV fight. So if Arum is willing to have Ramirez drop down to 160, I'm sure that GGG will be happy to fight him. Other than that, Arum can stop dreaming.
