Vargas is just B class while Tim is top level, Tim is taking alot of risks and got hit by Ruslan like that a couple times. Vargas was still undefeated, confident and young and Bradley dominated that guy. Good scrap, i think Tim still has enough power to knock Khan out, but Khan doesn't have the balls to face him.
