52 weekends in a damn year. Why in the hell do they have fights on different networks on the same damn day.Comment

Not true at all. HBO by far has put on more compelling fights, fights that you knew would bring action and fights that on paper you said going in would be competitive. That's why they are crushing in the ratings. They also have Canelo and Cotto clashing. Meanwhile Showtime had their legs cut out from under them by Haymon. Haymon moving his name fighters to PBC makes showtime irrelevant. And he seems to be only throwing a bone or two to Showtime with gross mismatches like Wilder vs Molina. HBO was smart creating a working relationship with every big name in boxing EXCEPT Haymon. And they only refused to work with him after he tried to strong arm them into buying terrible fights and threatening to move all his fighters if they did not. Showtime put all their eggs in one basket and hitched their wagon to Haymon and at times last year alienated other fighters and promoters with their alliance with Haymon. Not to mention dragged their brand threw the mud with fights like Garcia vs Salka. Basically they teamed up with a snake just to try and compete with HBO and that snake bit them in the rear now they are in worse shape then they were just 2 years prior. PBC is putting Showtime Boxing out of business.Comment
