Ward is claiming this whole "I'm the best" "I'm worth this much" nonsense, when tickets to his fight at his own home town at lower level, are free. That's pretty pathetic. How does he think he can be a ppv star when he can't even draw in his hometown. And if it does look like he's "drawing" it's due to handing out free tickets.
when I read the thread title I said I bet when i click in there's gonna be shots thrown at SOG....FREE tickets to see the best fighter in the world above 147 pounds....that's a blessing!!...but if you're anti-Ward it's a reason to bash him huh?

I think the fight is also going to be streamed for free over Jay Z's new on line music service as well, Tidal or whatever it's called, if you are a paying member. So being free is all relative, I guess.

If the Warriors end up winning the title, I imagine the atmosphere (free tickets or not) would be pretty good, local fans will still be all geeked up for anything Bay Area

If you're not sure whether you want to watch one of the most talented boxers in the sport, just stay home and have intimate time with your boyfriend instead. That might be more your speed.

You definitely should stay at home and save money on gas, toll, parking, and food/drinks.

Watch Broner-Porter on NBC, it's a more competitive and interesting matchup.

There's no "anti-ward", it's simply stating the facts. This guy is claiming he's a mega star when tickets to his fight are being handed out. How is that "anti-ward"?

So it's ok for Ward to bash others but not him?

Yea intimate home time is a lot better than watching another grown man hug another man all night right.

                      -toll = $5

                      -parking =~$20-30

-food/drinks =~20/30 food/50 drinks (would have to be ripped if there)

-watching porter maul broner in hd instead of of ward hugging live = priceless
