A BRITISH boxing champ tried to sell his Commonwealth Games winner’s belt on eBay to raise funds to join Islamic State, a jury heard.
Anthony Small, 33, plotted with two others to sneak out of the UK on false passports to “join and support” IS in Syria, it was alleged.
The former British and Commonwealth light middleweight champion began to sell items including his title belt, five pairs of boxing gloves, head gear and bespoke ring boots in the run up to the flit, jurors heard.
