If the sport had any true authenticity at all, no athletic commission would even consider sanctioning it. We all know though, in this sport, a greased palm and a wink is all it takes to make things happen LOL

Free money for Golovkin. Unless one of the Middleweight title holders are absolutely ready to fight him and unify, and I mean ready to sign a contract ---why not kill a little time and make some extra coin beating down Oscar.

That's the only way he will even sniff a PPV fight anyway. Oscar's name alone takes care of that.

I hope Oscar can stay retired, he was a great fighter, no need to get hurt.

i can see GGG do it, he's faced worse opposition his entire career, this would be his best opponent i wonder how GGG fans will defend this, i already see comments similar to "this is smart for GGG, easy money" :wt:

Damn, Oscar must realize that that there is no way he is getting Canelo to sign for a GGG fight. Poor old bastard is forced to come out of retirement and show Canelo that GGG IS beatable.

How does Oscar like his own chances @ 42 years old against GGG,whilst pretending Canelo is a blown up welterweight @ 155lbs and 24 years of age?
