Pretty sure the amount is set relative to what the father is making. Not an arbitrary amount the judge sets to be a feminist.

Tarver was probably a millionaire and not paying them anything when the amount was set. Unfortunately spending all your millions on hookers and ******* probably doesn't bail you out of child support backpayments.
