Definitively picking the greatest round of all time is obviously a futile and subjective process.

There have been many stunning exhibitions.

Here's a few that come to mind:

      Hagler/Mugabi- Round 6

      Gatti/Ward I- Round 5

      Castillo/Corrales I- Round 8

      Gatti/Rodriguez- Round 4

      Tszyu/Hurtado- Round 1

I'd have to rewatch 'em to pick the specific rounds, but I think the following fights all had tremendous rounds:

      Barrera/McKinney

      Nas/Kelley

      Ward/Burton

      Bowe/Golota II

      Hagler/Minter

      Trinidad/Mayorga

And many, many more that I can't remember right now.

Gatti vs. Ward I, Round 9
        Hagler vs. Hearns, Round 1
Corrales vs. Castillo I, Round 10
Morales vs. Barrera I, Round 5
i co sign everything you posted here and i agree with you sayin gatti vs ward round 9 being the best round ever, the way you mentioned the momentum switching from both fighters was amazing, i remember when i saw the fight i thought ward was gonna KO gati, then miraculously gatti came back and could have KO'd ward, then ward came back, it was end to end stuff

also barrera vs kennedy mckinney, i think round 6 was a sick round, barrera threw something like 112 punches in that round and mckinney was throwing and landing a lot of punches too.

if wont be in the 10 ten ever best but i really like the i think tenth round of tyson vs. douglas when tyson knocked him down with an uppercut after beng pumpled the whole round. it just sticks it to the ppls face that says tyson cant carry his power in the late rounds. i think that was proven WRONG!! and he was exhausted also

a very historic round is the third round of liston-clay I, cause when that round ended everyone knew liston would lose.

hagler vs hearns round 1. castillo/corrales 1 round 10 pales in comparison.

Agree. Castillo/Corrales I round 10, great comeback no doubt, but with the cheating by Corrales I think it puts a bit of a dampener on it TBH. Hagler/Hearns for me.

bowe/holyfield 1 round 10, chico/jlc round 10 of course, hearns/hagler round 1, round 6 i think of duran/barkley was awesome, benn/mcclellan round 1 just because benn survived it, round 12 or 13 of pryor/arguello 1 whichever round pryor stops him, amazing because the round before pryor eats a huge right hand and doesnt even move, foreman/lyle round 4 was a good one, maybe as close as you can come to two men standing right infront of each other throwing punches and ignoring defense, some of those gatti/ward rounds of course also.
