Comments Thread For: David Price Would Embrace Deontay Wilder Shot

British contender David Price (19-2, 16KOs) would jump at the opportunity to fight Deontay Wilder (33-0, 32KOs) for his WBC heavyweight championship. Both Wilder and Price are Olympic bronze medal winners.

Two years back, Price was viewed as a rising force in the heavyweight division. Then he suffered back to back TKO defeats to Tony Thompson. He's quickly rebuilding his career with four consecutive wins.

        There are levels to boxing.

Wilder is low level paper champ.

        Price is even lower.

        Bum squad mismatch...

Bombs away but I fear for David , every fight is a huge risk after his stamina and chin problems were exposed and it goes to show the good guys don't always win.

Price is far too dangerous for Wilder to consider fighting. A big right from Pricey would knock Bum Squad into next week.

Quite possibly the moment Price and Wilder touch each other they could, the pair of them together, simply explode in the worlds largest shower of glass in history, with nothing left of either but a ring full of shards.

Would you give Price a shot against a prime Ali?

I like this match up and see it about 50-50. My opinion: Either Price wins by ko in below 5 rounds or Wilder wins a decision or by knockout after 6.
