Teddy Atlas is the worst boxing commentator of all time...he literally sounds like a mentally crippled man who doesn't know what day it is. Garcia looked good by the way, i was impressed. Another PBC special. It's amazing how they tend to get most of the fights that go to decision right, but they have these terrible stoppages all the time.

It's up to the fighter or his corner to stop the fight in conditions like that, not the referee.
