    CHICAGO - Super Welterweight World Champion Erislandy "The American Dream" Lara (20-2-2, 12 KOs) threw out the ceremonial first pitch at yesterday's Chicago White Sox vs. Houston Astros game at U.S. Cellular Field. Lara stepped on the mound and threw a perfect strike.
