Yes, most people were talking about BRONER getting spanked. All of the focus was on him. No one knew who Maidana was. I'm saying that that very fight was what made Broner even bigger than he was at the time.

Ummm no, maidanas fanbase exploded after the broner beatdown and he got himself 2 mayweather fights because of it. This isnt 2009 people know who maidana is now.

What led you to the conclusion that he will be a future star? Just because he i brash and cocky? I don't understand.

So no doubt, if they would have a rematch now, Maidana would be the A side.

Broner training in the Mayweather gym is probably a good thing for Broner, or being around Floyd in general, from a boxing point of view anyway..

He wants to impress Floyd so much and probably does listen to him that i could see him working extra hard any time he is around.

Also if this video is this week, it looks like Floyd is already doing some form of training judging by what he's wearing. This is why he's the best and always in shape. He just made close to $200m and he's already in his gym without a fight announced.

This only works if Broner changes his ways. I hope he decides to move himself and his kids out to Nevada and take his career seriously.

If he learns to train in a disciplined, consistent manner like Floyd so he is always in shape and can use camp for things other than weight loss and cleaning weed out of his system then he could realize his potential.

Hope he can do it but I have my doubts.

And Kobe mimic'd Jordan, and it worked out pretty good for him...
But broner doesnt play defense, he comes straight at you, why wouldnt you take notes from the best boxer of your ERA. A lot of you guys complain about people not being brawlers, so when a boxer like Broner, who comes forward, is still disliked why should he care about haters that are gonna hate him, no matter what he does. Learn from the best.

I agree. Honestly after finding out he's training at his gym I wanted to change my pick to ab by ko. I think he's training like never before

On another note, i'd love to hear Floyd speak more about the technical side of boxing.

The very few times recently he's talked about actual boxing, such as the Pacquaio post fight press conference he was talking about his punch selection.

He's a much more interesting and likeable guy when he talks about that, instead of his tired and boring money talk. A guy that good must have a world of knowledge in his head. Any fighters being around him and advised like Broner in this video are going to be getting some good advice.

Well aside from the fact that he is a 3 time world champion, he has a great record with a lot of KO's, and yes he's brash and confident or would you rather a fake religious person? who cheats on his wife, a dead-beat dad, and poor sportsman...
