    "Marinate it!"
Or in 2005 when boxing fans wanted to see Mayweather/Cotto at 140.

This is what I like about bob arum, he has no problem putting two of his top guys in against each other, unlike haymon who does mismatch after mismatch and has his top guys calling out other top guys with no real intention of actually fighting them.
His defense wasn't too good for Orlando Salido, who is two notches below Walters in terms of skill level. I see Walters winning this fight by KO.

As for your last line, I am trying to determine if this is an example of revisionist history or if you truly suffer from a delusional disorder because anyone who remembers being sujected to Pacquaio/Rios, Pacquaio/Algieri, Pacquiao vs Joshua Clottey or Pacquaio vs David Diaz (who at the time they fought was the fifth sixth best fighter at 135) would never make a comment like this?

Arum ain't trying to put Lomachenko in with Walters

He already messed up by putting him in with Salido too soon.

He wont be ready for Walters until 2017, right now he still too green.

Here's the thing though, Walters might not be with Arum for the long haul (I heard he might sign with Haymon)... So Arum wants to use Walters to catapult Loma(who looks to be another HBO golden boy), and it would be a huge win for Loma... And I honestly think he takes it... It will be a tremendous fight though... Better than most Floyd Mayweather PPV's... It will be hard to root for a favorite, no bad guys here.

Maybe because he genuinely wants to the fight the best?

Err...no. If I was 'concerned' I wouldn't have posted many times that I am excited and eager to see that fight ASAP, have always said I am fully confident in a Loma victory and have even placed a bet with a user on here that Loma wins if they fight (see my sig). Just because I said it would be a surprise but an interesting one if Marriaga won, with the history he has with Walters, how does that in any way suggest I wouldn't like to see Loma fight Walters? Loma is the one fighter I support that I wouldn't care of the opponent because I am that confident in him.

And for the record, I believe Walters will win this fight with Marriaga. Stop making silly assumptions.

He is getting desperate now. 5 years agohe was on the top of the game or kinda like...
Now he is just second and he has less credible fighters than before.
Who relevant guys he will have after Pac probably retires in 2016?

                Crawford
                Walters
                Loma
                Bradley
and some prospect who will either be relevant in the future or not:
                Verdejo
                Jesse Hart
                Mekhontsev
                Murata
                Falcao

So Arum's stable is just thinner and thinner. Oh yes and he has a Mikey Garcia but he already tried to left him I guess he's just waiting for an opportunity.

btw interesting fight. Loma is a top notch talent but Walter can crack and his skillset also ain't no joke...
I don't think that Loma would school him. I think it will be a close fight 50-50 but Wlters has that punchers chance so maybe he is the slightly favourite for me. 55-45 or so...
I want this fight to happen. Go old bastard make this fight!
