I am a big fan the level of skills I see in Rigondeaux and Lara. It's a shame they will never be main stream attractions ( especially Rigo) because of their fighting style. I say that bc Rigo might just be the most technically skilled/gifted/talented fighter I've ever seen in my life. I was just curious if anyone knows of anymore Cubans that I should be looking out for over next couple years.

The amateur team is loaded with talent but it's hard to predict who will defect.

The HW from Cuba's team in World Series of Boxing.
He might throw too many punches and hit too hard for your taste though.
Completely destroyed everyone he's been in with so far.

We shall find out whoever defects next or when the embargo is completely lifted.

You like Cuban boxers then you should see something you like there.

All Cuban fighters will be pro-eligible within the next 2 years. Book it.

hairon was offered to fight panty cruz and declined, win or lose that would have been his ticket, I have a feeling he's going to regret that for a very long time.
