          His fight might be on HBO....if Top Rank can find an opponent that HBO agrees to.

          Dan Rafael:

          Valdez is on the card and Top Rank and HBO have talked about putting his fight on TV if they can agree on an opponent. They did agree on one last week but the opponent's father turned down the fight so they are looking. If they get somebody they can all live with it'll be on HBO. If not, they'll probably just show highlights of Valdez and we'll have just a solid main event on the broadcast, which, by the way, will be the 1000th fight televised on HBO.
