Rios isn't a big draw in the UK, so the money's always going to be shorter. If Rios had bigger/better options at the moment Garcia would just walk away. The fact that he hasn't means he doesn't have better options which puts Hearn in the driving seat re. negotiations. That's the business, stop ******** crying about it.
Plus, let's face it, Rios will just be cannon fodder for Brook. He's a walking punchbag. He's ok against less skilful fighters but Brook will just use him for target practice all night long. This total mismatch will resemble the Pacquiao fight. Rios should take whatever Hearn offers and be grateful he's getting a title shot that he's done nothing to warrant.

I guess he doesn't want Brandon "Hands of Stone" Rios to land any punches with his special (commission approved) Mexican gloves.

You are extremely naïve if you think there's any single thing that won't be used for bargaining.
