Comments Thread For: Lemieux Vows Pressure, High Punch Rate To Slow N’Dam

On June 20th Hassan N'Dam 31-1) and David Lemieux (33-2) will battle it out for the vacant IBF middleweight title. The title became vacant when Jermain Taylor had a plethora of legal issues outside of the ring which prompted the IBF to strip him of his title.

The fight takes place in Lemieux's hometown of Montreal, Quebec at the Bell Centre. Montreal has been one of boxing's hottest markets in recent years.

Easier said than done. N'Dam has excellent footwork and he can also time and catch Lemieux coming in who we all know doesn't have a great chin at all. This could go a lot like Canelo vs Lara to be honest, N'Dam out-boxing him but not getting the Decision in Canada

I pray Golovkin makes this belt his next target. Golovkin-Lemieux would be better than Golovkin-Andy Lee.

Hope that fight does get made! Lemieux seems to have good power, it'll be interesting for as long as his chin holds up.....

Oscar won't let Lemieux near GGG. He will say that it is a fight for the future. He will keep Lemieux for Canelo to get his first MW title.
