you got the power and speed for 'nelo and experience and technical ability for cotto ... defensively they're equally deficient as well as their gas tanks ... this is a pick 'um with a slight edge to 'nelo.

    but, war cotto!

Dig deeper. Cotto is not afraid... He is doing his "who the fck is GGG," routine. The pause is for effect... As if to suggest the question iteself is overrated.

Think about it... IF Cotto goes around pretending GGG has something he NEEDS, it changes the dynamics come negotiation time. He is going into the GGG talks, as if "I don't need this fight...I don't see anything special...80/20"

Cotto is treating GGG the way an alpha, treats a female: Ignore her, show her it is a privilege to be near you, and she will lose her mind for you. He is sending GGG a message that he himself, sees nothing special and that GGG is an afterthought. He did the same with Canelo when asked about the Kirkland fight... "Nothing special..."

Does a semi ******, REALLY think Cotto was not expecting to be asked about the middleweight champion named GGG? Dig deep... Scully is a good guy but his opinion runs along the same lines of, "Yo but doe, Garcia was terrified when Matty KO'd Peterson doe.."

That was simple enough for a Peasant with a 2nd grade education to understand.

              Great job brother!

Thanks bro. It's just...business. Make it seem like you don't need the fight, truthfully Cotto does not in terms of his legacy. Cotto will be leaning back in his chair playing solitaire on his phone while they reach a 70/30 deal with GGG. This twilight run at middleweight...er, "153.6" is just a little icing on that Cotto cake.

                153>155.

                Book it.

So basically, the Caguas Giant Killa, will be MOVING UP from 153.6 to face Canelo at Neloghuey.

                  Balls...

Nelo better be letting them smash a heavybag on his face in preparation. Something tells me Cotto hits harder than Jose Cotto.

By the same token, why cant u be a fan of a fighter while also admitting and realizing that maybe he has a flaw, maybe he isn't 100 percent perfect, that he may have a healthy enough respect for an opponent that he feels he needs any advantage the rules in place allow for him? I have nothing against Cotto, he's an elite fighter...maybe he even beats GGG...but it's not out of the realm of possibility to believe he isn't his first choice.
