                i would classify that as a catchweight. yes, 147 is the welterweight limit, but neither guy was fighting at 141-147 in any of their recent fights. it was an agreed upon weight that neither guy had been fighting at.

                  Technically it was. Pacquiao agreed to move up two divisions if Oscar dripped down by one. Neither guy was a welterweight. ...simply a weight limit picked for that fight
